While Master almost-one was asleep, Master two-and-a-bit and I made the "100+ cookies from 1 mix" featured by The Organised Housewife. We made 1x batch each of macadamia & white choc chips, pistachio & craisins, smarties and 100's & 1000's. It was super easy and a great way to get him involved in the cooking process by helping to mix in the different items. We cooked some today for morning tea and the rest are in ready to cut logs in the freezer. I used PicMonkey to create the photo collage (as recommended by We Heart Life ♥).
